近日,热带作物生物育种全国重点实验室/中国热带农业科学院/热带生物技术研究所/三亚研究院阙友雄和吴期滨团队联合崖州湾国家实验室/广西大学王海峰教授在国际权威学术期刊《Plant Biotechnology Journal》上在线发表了题为“Cellular heterogeneity and immune responses to smut pathogen in sugarcane”的研究论文,该研究构建了首个甘蔗单细胞图谱,并通过绘制高分辨率的转录景观,率先从单细胞水平系统解析了甘蔗对黑穗病菌侵染的精细调控机制。该论文的思路是以寄主甘蔗品种的“细胞异质性”和“免疫反应”两个龙头引领作用,“戏弄”甘蔗黑穗病菌,以达到抗病目标,简称“双龙戏穗”。
